According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races in Iowa was 42,049; and represented 1.72% of the total Iowa voting-age population.

Polk County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races (10,195), followed by Woodbury County (3,330), and Scott County (2,518). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Two Or More Races voting-age population were: Adams County (9), Wayne County (12), and Ringgold County (13).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races, Buena Vista County had the highest percentage (7.80%), followed by Crawford County (7.38%), and Marshall County (5.39%).
