According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Alaska was 75,017; and represented 13.54% of the total Alaska voting-age population.

Anchorage Municipality had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (16,976), followed by Bethel Census Area (9,785), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (5,183). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Skagway Municipality (21), Denali Borough (53), and Petersburg Borough (158).
