According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Colorado was 26,942; and represented 0.60% of the total Colorado voting-age population.

Denver County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3,068), followed by El Paso County (3,018), and Jefferson County (2,348). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Kiowa County (0), Cheyenne County (0), and San Juan County (2).
