According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Washington was 68,149; and represented 1.13% of the total Washington voting-age population.

King County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (9,433), followed by Pierce County (7,144), and Yakima County (6,452). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Garfield County (11), Columbia County (27), and Wahkiakum County (42).
