According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in North Carolina was 257,602; and represented 3.16% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Wake County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (70,987), followed by Mecklenburg County (53,945), and Guilford County (21,237). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone voting-age population were: Hyde County (7), Alleghany County (15), and Graham County (18).
