According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Ohio was 28,843; and represented 0.31% of the total Ohio voting-age population.

Franklin County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (4,702), followed by Cuyahoga County (3,973), and Hamilton County (2,483).
