According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races in Illinois was 255,039; and represented 2.55% of the total Illinois voting-age population.

Cook County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races (89,365), followed by DuPage County (16,736), and Lake County (13,640). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races voting-age population were: Brown County (80), Edwards County (81), and Scott County (82).
