According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races in North Carolina was 250,392; and represented 3.07% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Wake County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races (26,908), followed by Mecklenburg County (25,532), and Guilford County (12,711). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races voting-age population were: Tyrrell County (47), Hyde County (83), and Washington County (157).
