According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in the United States was 1,056,777; and represented 0.41% of the total US voting-age population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

California had the highest Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (352,937), followed by Texas (139,740), and New York (70,808). On the other hand, the three states with low Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Vermont (234), West Virginia (386), and Maine (417).
