Rhode Island Census 2020 Hispanic or Latino Population By County

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 182,101 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Rhode Island, which was 16.59% of the total population of Rhode Island.

Providence County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (160,323), followed by Kent County (9,665), and Newport County (5,592). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Bristol County (1,943), Washington County (4,578), and Newport County (5,592).
