According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Minnesota who identified as hispanic or latino was 218,767; and represented 4.98% of the total Minnesota voting-age population.

Hennepin County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (65,396), followed by Ramsey County (29,602), and Dakota County (22,864). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Lake of the Woods County (31), Kittson County (53), and Red Lake County (58).
