According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 1.80M of the San Diego County, CA Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 67.18% of them (1.21M people) identified their race as White Alone, 18.40% of them (331.43K people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 6.46% of them (116.44K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
