According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Tri-City CDP, OR population of 4,019 people, 82.23% (3,305 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 6.72% (270 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races, and 3.61% (145 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
