According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among California population of 39,538,223 people, 34.69% (13,714,587) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 20.61% (8,146,667) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, and 15.12% (5,978,795) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone.
