According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among California population of 39,538,223 people, 41.22% (16,296,122) identified their race as White Alone, 21.17% (8,370,596) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, and 15.39% (6,085,947) identified their race as Asian Alone.
