Neshoba County had the highest number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (4,997), followed by Leake County (1,430), and Newton County (1,180). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Sharkey County (1), Quitman County (1), and Issaquena County (3).
