Franklin County had the highest number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (4,564), followed by Cuyahoga County (2,990), and Hamilton County (2,244). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Monroe County (12), Vinton County (19), and Harrison County (19).
