According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 261,312 people in Indiana who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 3.85% of the total population of Indiana. Marion County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (75,488), followed by Lake County (38,650), and Elkhart County (21,989). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Ohio County (23), Martin County (23), and Union County (33).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Elkhart County had the highest percentage, with 10.62% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Clinton County (9.82%), and Cass County (8.94%).
