According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 96,417 people in Kentucky who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 2.14% of the total population of Kentucky. Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (26,788), followed by Fayette County (16,732), and Warren County (5,156). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Robertson County (3), Owsley County (5), and Martin County (5).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Fayette County had the highest percentage, with 5.19% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Shelby County (5.06%), and Bourbon County (4.55%).
