According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Connecticut counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in Connecticut, Willimantic CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone (7.60%), followed by New Britain city (7.59%), and Waterbury city (6.73%).
