According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Nevada counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in Nevada, Elko city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2.79%), followed by Carson City (1.81%), and Fernley city (1.49%).
