According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Washington counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in Washington, Camano CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (88.51%), followed by Bainbridge Island city (86.75%), and Anacortes city (85.84%).
