According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Texas with over 10K population, Roma city had the highest percentange of a city or place population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (98.48%), followed by Hidalgo city (97.74%), and San Elizario city (97.60%).
