According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Connecticut with over 10K voting-age population, Willimantic CDP had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (43.06%), followed by Hartford city (41.35%), and Bridgeport city (39.35%).
