According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Delaware with over 10K voting-age population, Bear CDP had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (14.39%), followed by Brookside CDP (14.32%), and Wilmington city (11.53%).
