According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Georgia with over 10K voting-age population, Dalton city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (45.08%), followed by Norcross city (41.11%), and Chamblee city (38.03%).
