According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Minnesota with over 10K voting-age population, Willmar city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (19.66%), followed by West St. Paul city (16.96%), and Richfield city (14.98%).
