According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Montana with over 10K voting-age population, Missoula city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (6.10%), followed by Billings city (5.50%), and Bozeman city (4.51%).
