According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Pennsylvania with over 10K voting-age population, Reading city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (63.98%), followed by Hazleton city (57.65%), and Allentown city (48.88%).
