According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Texas with over 10K voting-age population, Alton city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (96.87%), followed by Socorro city (96.52%), and Rio Grande City city (96.18%).
