According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Hawaii with over 10K voting-age population, Waipahu CDP had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (95.96%), followed by East Honolulu CDP (95.47%), and Urban Honolulu CDP (94.47%).
