According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Kansas with over 10K voting-age population, Leawood city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (97.41%), followed by Prairie Village city (96.08%), and Derby city (93.85%).
