According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Maryland with over 10K voting-age population, Cumberland city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (98.25%), followed by Ocean Pines CDP (97.93%), and Kettering CDP (97.43%).
