According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in South Carolina with over 10K voting-age population, Orangeburg city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (98.36%), followed by Florence city (97.69%), and Mount Pleasant town (96.90%).
