According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in South Dakota with over 10K voting-age population, Pierre city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (97.76%), followed by Watertown city (97.74%), and Brookings city (96.62%).
