According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Tennessee with over 10K voting-age population, Bristol city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (97.93%), followed by Seymour CDP (97.72%), and Elizabethton city (97.69%).
