According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Virginia with over 10K voting-age population, Bristol city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (97.71%), followed by East Highland Park CDP (97.46%), and Mechanicsville CDP (97.01%).
