According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Hawaii's cities and places (towns and villages), Urban Honolulu CDP had the highest number of people who identified their race as Black or African American Alone (6.01K), followed by Schofield Barracks CDP (2.17K), and Ocean Pointe CDP (882).
