According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Texas's cities and places (towns and villages), Houston city had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (27.43K), followed by San Antonio city (17.54K), and Dallas city (15.38K).
