According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Texas's cities and places (towns and villages), Houston city had the highest number of people who identified their race as Black or African American Alone (520.39K), followed by Dallas city (303.58K), and Fort Worth city (180.44K).
