According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arkansas counties, in April 2020, among all of Arkansas's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Pine Bluff city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (77.18%), followed by Forrest City city (70.90%), and West Memphis city (65.86%).
