According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for California counties, in April 2020, among all of California's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Malibu city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as White Alone (84.23%), followed by Laguna Beach city (82.05%), and Mill Valley city (81.66%).
