According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Hawaii counties, in April 2020, among all of Hawaii's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Waipahu CDP had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Asian Alone (72.22%), followed by Royal Kunia CDP (59.65%), and Aiea CDP (57.04%).
