According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Illinois counties, in April 2020, among all of Illinois's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Taylorville city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as White Alone (93.81%), followed by Waterloo city (93.56%), and Columbia city (93.45%).
