According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Kentucky counties, in April 2020, among all of Kentucky's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Alexandria city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as White Alone (93.50%), followed by Mount Washington city (92.86%), and Fort Thomas city (91.40%).
