Ranking of Michigan Cities and Places By Percentage of Population that were Black or African American Alone from Census 2020

According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Michigan counties, in April 2020, among all of Michigan's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Detroit city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (77.69%), followed by Inkster city (73.35%), and Southfield city (70.46%).
