According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for New Mexico counties, in April 2020, among all of New Mexico's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Los Alamos CDP had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as White Alone (73.15%), followed by Alamogordo city (62.91%), and Rio Rancho city (60.20%).
