According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Dakota counties, in April 2020, among all of North Dakota's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Fargo city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (8.76%), followed by Williston city (6.72%), and Minot city (5.17%).
