According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Rhode Island counties, in April 2020, among all of Rhode Island's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Central Falls city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (39.14%), followed by Providence city (26.91%), and Pawtucket city (16.44%).
