Ranking of South Dakota Cities and Places By Percentage of Population that were Black or African American Alone from Census 2020

According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for South Dakota counties, in April 2020, among all of South Dakota's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Sioux Falls city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (6.33%), followed by Box Elder city (3.62%), and Brookings city (2.46%).
